New Jersey Municipal Environmental Risk Management Fund


The New Jersey Environmental Risk Management Fund was developed in 1996 as a comprehensive multi-media inspection program to control costs and reduce risks associated with the impacts of environmental damages to public entities in the state of New Jersey. Since its inception, the program has adapted, when necessary, to keep up with changing state and federal regulations as well as the changing needs of the members served.
