Meet Thomas Vorhies, JD, the latest addition to our environmental litigation support team in Boonton, New Jersey. Tom will be providing litigation support on complex environmental and regulatory cases, including those involving investigation and cleanup liability at federal Superfund and state-lead cleanup sites. He is also supporting project teams on litigations involving petroleum contamination sites internationally. Tom is skilled at conducting technical and historical research for each case and distills all findings to their essential components to ensure project teams have succinct and relevant information. He has experience working in-house at law firms providing support for court proceedings and using tools such as Westlaw, Bloomberg, and LexisNexus. Mr. Vorhies’ multidisciplinary background in land use and sustainable development provide him with technical knowledge and analytical skills to understand the complexities of each case and deliver information in a way that can be easily understood. Tom has also applied his background in government to help draft environmental policy and support public outreach and education efforts.

Tom received his Juris Doctor and Environmental Law Certification from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College, and is fluent in Spanish.
