First Environment is excited to announce that New York attorney, Inga Caldwell has joined our environmental litigation support group in Boonton, New Jersey. Inga specializes in complex environmental litigation and regulatory cases, including cases involving investigation and cleanup liability at federal and state-lead Superfund sites and those subject to the New York Navigation Law and New Jersey Spill Act. She also consults with clients on compliance with the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). She also advises clients on the technical requirements for environmental site investigations and remediation under New Jersey’s Technical Requirements for Site Remediation and the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program.
Inga is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Hampshire and in federal courts in the District of New Hampshire and Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She will work in support of First Environment’s forensic, toxic tort and environmental fate and transport experts, including B. Tod Delaney, PhD, PE, on environmental litigation projects involving CERCLA cleanup and Natural Resource Damages sites, complex cost allocations, forensic and historic data analysis, insurance coverage and standard of care assessments. Inga is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Vermont Law School.
