• Project Design Documents that demonstrate project eligibility, including additionality, data monitoring systems, and GHG emission reduction quantification methods
• Monitoring plans that specify project sources, sinks, and reservoirs as well as methods for efficient monitoring
• Emission reduction calculations that conform to methodology equations, are accurate and transparent, and facilitate reduction/offset verification by third party auditors

We also support facilities, corporations, and local governments reporting voluntary and compliance emissions by providing the following services:

• Developing a GHG inventory summarizing the organization’s GHG emission profile
• Inventory Management Plans which document the who, what, when, and where of the emission inventory/reporting process, allowing easier assurance audits by third parties and consistency of ongoing reporting
• Assistance in setting reduction targets that are feasible and efficient

First Environment can also help offset and reporting clients through Third Party Audit Readiness Assistance, including the following: 

• Verification services procurement by scoping verification needs, identifying candidate suppliers, and preparing requests for proposals
• Assertion package preparation to provide the verification team with reports, spreadsheets, records, and other evidence needed during audit activities
• Corrective action assistance with verifier questions and resolving verification issues
