Inga Caldwell, JD
Inga is a New York attorney specializing in complex environmental litigation and regulatory cases, including cases involving investigation and cleanup liability at federal and state-lead Superfund sites and those subject to the New York Navigation Law and New Jersey Spill Act. She consults with clients on compliance with the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). She also advises clients on the technical requirements for environmental site investigations and remediation under New Jersey’s Technical Requirements for Site Remediation and the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program. Inga is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Hampshire and in federal courts in the District of New Hampshire and Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
