Daniel Lattanzi, LSRP


Dan manages and serves as the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) on some of First Environment’s most technically complex projects involving site investigation and remediation of environmental contamination at industrial, commercial, and residential sites in New Jersey and New York. His overall capabilities include development and implementation of soil and groundwater investigations, coordination and completion of various and diverse remediation projects, underground storage tank investigations and cleanups, ASTM Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, and litigation support. For soil and groundwater remediation projects, Dan has designed and implemented in-situ soil and groundwater treatment systems, small to large scale subsurface soil excavations, and soil vapor extraction/air sparging systems. Dan has managed projects ranging in contract value up to $8 million. He has also prepared various permits associated with remediation activities as well as technical reports required by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and United States Environmental Protection Agency, including Preliminary Assessments, Conceptual Site Models Site Investigation Reports, Receptor and Ecological Evaluations, Remedial Investigation Reports, Remedial Action Selection Reports, Remedial Action Workplans, and Self-Implementing Cleanup Plans. Dan currently serves as the LSRP for over 35 Site Remediation Program Cases, and has submitted numerous Response Action Outcome (RAO) determinations to achieve regulatory closure.
