Administrative Assistant

Carolyn is a highly-accomplished executive assistant with excellent administrative, office, and project management skills. She is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as various financial management, and contact management systems. She has been recognized by her peers and managers for working effectively in fast-paced environments, applying excellent communication skills while working with customers, and consistently prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Carolyn is also responsible for word processing a high volume of correspondence, proposals, and reports in support of all of First Environment’s service areas. For our accounting department, she provides administrative support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and contract management.
