Litigation Support Specialist
Aaron is an attorney who joined First Environment directly out of law school in 2014, where he focused on Brownfields, land use, and site remediation. He provides litigation support services to a variety of clients, bringing legal expertise to the team’s research, due diligence, potentially responsible party (PRP) search, and discovery support functions. He regularly conducts historical and technical research for the preparation of expert reports, analyzes historic corporate transactions to determine liability for site contamination, assists in the development of case strategy, and conducts case law research and drafting legal memos for our clients. Aaron currently serves as a Vice Chair for the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER) Environmental Transactions and Brownfields Committee and was recognized three times as an ABA SEER Law Student Scholar, receiving recognition for his exceptional work as a student in environmental law.
